A Little Bit About Me

Milkbone is a handsome guy looking for a quiet home to relax and decompress in after being in the shelter. He has found the shelter a bit stressful and can be reserved when meeting new people. When Milkbone arrived at the shelter, he was unsure of us and the leash. Until we gave him a Milkbone, then he became our BFF! With a lot of time and yummy snacks, he is improving every day! He will benefit from continued reward-based training with lots of patience and TLC to help him come out of his shell to learn new skills. Milkbone is the biggest baby once he is comfortable. If you have other dogs in your home, we recommend bringing them in to do a meet and greet with Milkbone before taking him home.
